Farming Bug Report

Hey guys, it's Atheist.

I enjoy skilling, so I will be reporting all bugs I find whilst doing them.

The first bug I've noticed is with Farming.
(You can only use seeds on the herb patch, obviously, located in the Farming > Other Patches teleport)

After raking the weeds, use the compost, etc.
I tried using the first level seed you're suppose to use and that would of course be a Guam Seed.

When I tried, it said I needed level 9 Farming.
I tried using all the other seeds to justify my findings but they just required increasingly higher levels.

Just need to lower the required level to 1.
