Woodcutting Bug Report

Not much of a bug honestly, but the Magic Trees North of the Duel Arena are inaccessible; the west gate won't open. 
(It's suggested to go there when teleporting to the Woodcutting area.)
Also, a suggestion:
Possibly put all types of trees in one area at Seers, or maybe relocate to Falador Park?
