Equiptment Bug Report

I'll be making an entire list of all bugged items I find:
1. All ranging chaps/vambraces do not require any prerequisite skill.
2. The Rune Crossbow says, "You must have 40 attack to use this weapon." instead of 61 Range.
3. None of the Bows have a level requirement other than the Magic Shortbow.
